- Local license and firm registration from authorities
- Service tax registration
- Franchisee agreement duly signed
- Franchisee licence fee paid
- Refundable deposit as caution deposit or bank guarantee
- Payment of 15% of billed amount on weekly basis
- Agreement of cancellation of franchisee agreement on violation of contract terms
